About Morella
I love my life! I feel lucky to do the work I do. Many years ago I was miserable, unhealthy, hating work and uninspired by life. Today I am fortunate to know that I've helped hundreds of people create better health and more fulfilling lives for themselves.
In my work I use an interesting combination of tools integrating more than 10 years of training and experience in counseling, nutrition, hypnotherapy and education. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling from Columbia University; Holistic Health Counselor Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition; I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach from Bennett-Stellar University, among other trainings and certifications. I got here by following my own personal journey as I looked to heal my life after discovering how sick and miserable I was in my early twenties. Back then I had terrible hormone issues that led to very bad acne and weight issues. I felt like I was trapped in a body that wasn't cooperating and trapped in a job that I hated. The worst part of it was that I was lost as to how to make any of it better. I felt powerless.
Since then, I have been on the journey that arises from listening to my heart and tirelessly seeking to uncover what will bring the greatest joy and fulfillment. That heart-centered compass guided my way through graduate school, becoming a holistic nutritionist and hypnotherapist, leaving my corporate job, starting my business, etc. And in the process of finding my joy I also walked the path to healing my body, balancing my hormones, loosing weight and healing my skin.
I believe that life is one indivisible whole. We cannot separate what happens inside our bodies from what happens in the context of our lives. The internal and external affect and determine each other.
I also believe that our bodies are armed with the extraordinary power to heal themselves... if we do the right things to foster an environment of self healing. It's what I have discovered for myself, my family, friends and clients whom I have had the pleasure and honor to help.
I am passionate about helping people realize their full potential to heal and to live extraordinarily fulfilling lives.
Life is filled with juice and miracles if we are humble and observant enough to notice them. They are everywhere, even just sitting here in the sunshine as I write this, or perhaps singing to my plants (I actually know that plants get more beautiful when you sing to them.)
Have you found that juice, joy and healing in you life yet?

About Angelique
For years, I have been helping women create the lasting behavior change that enables them to live joyfully. I especially enjoy helping women who are struggling with their relationships.
When I look back at the life events that have led me to where I am today, I am amazed by how each phase of my life has prepared me so perfectly for the next. Life has been my best teacher.
In my 20s, I was having children and feverishly trying to create the stable home environment that I did not have myself when I was growing up.
In my 30s, it became readily apparent that said "stable" home life, was not so stable. I began to understand the degree to which my beliefs had been determining my life course, and I realized that I had been creating my life out of fear. I divorced my first husband, started my own graphic design business and, after a few years, remarried.
I also spent five years studying the Universal Laws of Life at the Concept-Therapy Institute. This gave me a deep understanding of my involvement in creating my life, and inspired me to take greater responsibility for myself.
In my 40s, I became acutely aware of how my life continually reflects back to me what I believe. In other words, I learned that I tend to get out of life what I expect, but I am not always aware of what I expect. I realized that I had some pretty negative beliefs about men that were being reflected back to me by my husband. I began to heal these beliefs and others that were keeping me stuck in certain areas of my life.
Along the way, I became aware that I had a deep level of insight into the principles of empowerment that I really wanted to share with others, and I decided to make some major life changes. All at the same time, I went through my second divorce, moved back to Vermont, and initiated a career change. I would not recommend doing all three together!
I'd like to make it clear that I do not believe that divorce should be taken lightly. I've learned that our relationships reflect back to us that which needs to be healed. There is no accident about the person we choose to marry, and it is possible that, if we allow our relationships to show us what needs healing, we can stay in our marriages and create a really beautiful relationship. The danger of not choosing the journey to healing is that we take all of that "stuff" with us into our next relationship where it will be, once again, reflected back to us for healing.
I am now a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapy from Bennett/Stellar University, as well as a certified Empowerment Coach from the Empowerment Institute.
I love helping those who want to dramatically improve their relationships and their lives.
