One-hour health and wellness workshops are a very effective way to initiate a wellness campaign. Essentially, a workshop enables you to:
- Include a large number of employees at one single event
- Disseminate important health information in an engaging way
- Plant seeds for behavior change. Some people will take action immediately as a result of a talk, others might take longer, but the seed is planted.
- Create a wellness buzz in a cost-effective way
- Focus on just one or a handful of core health issues
At Transformation One we specialize in facilitating behavior change through education and coaching. This is the current menu workshops and we can always create tailored workshops based on your needs.
All of our workshops involve participants and they all include handouts or tools that will help people remember and implement the learning points from the class.
