Everyone benefits from an occasional body-cleanse, much like we take our car to the shop for regular service and oil change. But if you answered “yes” to 2 or more of the questions above, your body could definitely benefit from a cleansing program. Those questions are just some of the possible indicators of elevated toxicity in your body.
In our modern world, we are surrounded by chemicals and toxins in greater quantities than at any other point in history. Our bodies are naturally meant to detoxify the natural toxic bi-products of being alive. That is why our ‘factory settings’ include a liver, two kidneys, a nice intestinal tract, a lymphatic draining system and yards of porous skin.
However, the amount of toxins, chemicals, pesticides, and gases that we are exposed to these days is beyond what our body can keep up with. We absorb toxins through the air we breathe, through our skin and through the foods we eat. Over time these substances accumulate and contribute to a broad range of maladies and general dis-ease.
Program Logistics:
Our four-week group program was designed to help our clients gradually, and safely, cleanse their bodies. We guide them through a step-by-step incremental cleanse that gently cleans out their diet and gives their body nothing but the best nutrients to help their bodies heal. It is amazing what your body will do when you give it what it needs!
The program includes:
- Four weekly check-in coaching sessions: you get crystal clear direction on what you need to do each week. (You don’t need to figure anything out yourself.)
- Guidance and supervision throughout your cleanse: you will learn how to prepare, how to do a cleanse and how to come off a cleanse to maximize the benefits
- A tailored handbook and journal to guide you through the process
- Guidelines on foods to eat, foods to avoid, herbs & supplements for cleansing
- Recipes, instructions and tips throughout the cleansing period
- Tips and recommendations on baths and other supportive practices
- Option to deepen the cleanse with a liver & gallbladder flush
