Clear your allergies

Allergies have become an epidemic. Did you know that over 60 million Americans suffer from allergies? That's 20% of the population! And the problem seems to be getting worse and worse, with all kinds of food and environmental allergies starting.
Think about this, when you were a child, how many people did you know who suffered from allergies? Chances are it was only a few. Now it's like everybody has them.
Having allergies is not who you are... and it's not normal... and it's not irreversible. Having an allergic reaction is your body's way of saying to you, "I'm a little overwhelmed here.... Whatever you just did, I can't deal with it". Essentially that's what it is. Having allergies is a sign that your immune system is working at max capacity most of the time, so that something that it would normally be able to deal with (i.e. dust, pollen, microbes, shrimp) it can no longer handle. This means that if you don't strengthen your immune system, your allergies simply get worse and worse... and you develop new ones.
Trust me, I know... I used to have them ALL the time. I don't anymore.
You CAN get rid of your allergies, but it's not through taking over the counter drugs, or even prescription drugs. Manufacturers would have you think that all you need to do is make the sneezing, coughing, watery eyes, rashes, etc. go away. But that just masks the message your body is telling you.
The real way to cure your allergies is by boosting your immune system. How do you do that?
- Eat the foods that will nourish and increase immunity
- Eliminate the contaminants and toxic elements that overwhelm your immune system. This means you need to purify your air and your house, and you need to reduce the foods that are congesting to you.
- Maintain the diet and self-care habits that will support your health
I'm not saying that curing your allergies is easy. I'm simply saying it can be done. If you do the diligent work, step by step, I guarantee you that you will clear your allergies. No more medications!
Of course, I'm always happy to help. So contact me if you have specific questions about your allergies.
